You may cancel your order at any stage of completion and within 24 hours of placing it by calling us at +30 2310 570100 (ext. 28) and confirming the cancellation via email at retail@packmarkt.com<\/a> and packmarkt@gmail.com.<\/a><\/p>

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products will be borne by you.<\/p>

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, meaning the packaging must be intact, unopened, and unaltered \u2014 exactly as it was before sale \u2014 and in the original complete packaging as delivered by the courier company.<\/p>

To be accepted, the return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) and submitted by the person who initially purchased the product, whose details appear on the proof of purchase.<\/p>

Once all conditions are met and the return is approved, the customer is entitled to a refund either in cash or via bank transfer to an account provided to APIKYAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. The refund will be completed within ten (10) working days from the date we receive the returned product.<\/p>
