The website www.packmarkt.com (hereinafter the “packmarkt-eshop”) is the online store for the presentation and sale of products via the Internet operated by the Greek Company “APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A.”, headquartered in Thessaloniki (G.E.MI. 580 1400 4000, VAT No. 094489789 / Tax Office: FAE Thessalonikis).
Before you enter the packmarkt-eshop and submit your order through it, please read the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of this website.

Orders
Your order is considered received by APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. from the moment you receive a notification via the email address and/or by phone at the number you provided when placing your order. The minimum order value we accept is €25 + VAT.
Availability
For all products listed in the packmarkt.gr catalogues there are clear indications regarding warehouse availability and the anticipated delivery date. This enables you, prior to placing your order, to easily determine which of our products are available in our warehouses and can be delivered immediately, which are not immediately available but are expected to be received from our suppliers on a specified date (3–4 days or 10–15 days), and which are not available and for which we are awaiting an update from our suppliers (on order) regarding the exact date of receipt. Nevertheless, you may send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses, and we will contact you by email and/or telephone within a reasonable time to inform you of the likely time we will receive the product from the supplier and subsequently deliver it to you. In this case, if you consider that the timeframe does not meet your needs, you may request to cancel the order for the specific product.
In all cases, please note that the above delivery times for your order also depend on the availability of the products in our warehouses.
You are also given the option to choose whether you wish to receive all ordered products in a single shipment—even if, due to differing availability, some of them will have different delivery times—so that all items are sent together once they are all available for dispatch. Alternatively, you may choose to receive partial deliveries, according to the availability and readiness of each product.
VAT Tax
The prices displayed for products offered through the packmarkt-eshop do not include VAT (24%), which is only calculated and displayed at the final stage before order confirmation and in the final total.
For certain regions of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply, and if your order is issued under a business invoice, the VAT charged will correspond to your local rate.
Product prices listed on the packmarkt-eshop may change at any time without prior notice, but such changes do not affect orders already placed. The prices displayed apply exclusively to purchases made through the packmarkt-eshop.
In the event of a limited stock offer or discounted items, APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. reserves the right to fulfill orders based on availability and in order of receipt, aiming to satisfy as many customers as possible.
Although APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. strives to provide products and services of the highest quality, it cannot be held liable for potential errors in information, characteristics, photographs, or product pricing listed on the packmarkt-eshop, nor can it guarantee that no such errors will occur for any reason during data entry or updates. The packmarkt-eshop cannot be held responsible for an organized hacker attack aimed at stealing user data; however, even in such an event, customers using credit cards are protected, since all transactions are processed within the secure environment of Piraeus Bank.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any stage of completion and within 24 hours of its submission by calling us at (+30) 2310 570110 (ext. 12) and confirming the cancellation by sending an email to retail@packmarkt.com and packmarkt@gmail.com.
Product returns must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. In such cases, you will only be charged for the direct return shipping costs.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received, i.e., unopened, unused, and in their original, intact packaging as delivered by the courier company.
For the return to be accepted, you must present the original purchase document (receipt or invoice) issued to the original buyer whose details appear on the purchase document.
If all return conditions are met and the return is accepted, the customer is entitled to a refund either in cash or by bank transfer to an account specified to APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. The refund will be completed within ten (10) working days from the date we receive the returned product. If the purchase was made by credit card, the transaction will be reversed, and the corresponding credit will be issued to your card—no cash refunds will be made in this case.
Orders with outstanding payments exceeding three (3) weeks (21 days) are automatically canceled.
Order Delivery and Product Ownership
Products can be shipped anywhere within the Greek territory. Shipments will be carried out using the method indicated at the time of purchase
Shipping costs and delivery method are the responsibility of the customer. APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. has entered into an agreement with the ELTA Courier “Door-to-Door” service for domestic deliveries.
Note:
1. The “Door-to-Door” service transports parcels from city to city and delivers them directly to the recipient’s address. For deliveries to villages or remote areas, recipients will be notified by their local post office to collect their parcel.
2. For bulky shipments, where the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, charges will be based on the volumetric weight, not the physical weight.

Force Majeure
If delivery of the products within the predetermined timeframe becomes impossible due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will notify you by email so that you may decide whether, under these circumstances, you still wish the order to be completed.
Liability
The packmarkt-eshop is not responsible for defects or poor product quality supplied by its vendors, as all items are received pre-packaged from suppliers. However, if any item in the delivered quantities is proven to be defective, APIKIAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. will assume responsibility for the repair or replacement of the product, covering all shipping costs. All transactions made through the packmarkt-eshop are governed by International and European law governing e-commerce, as well as by Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994) regulating distance sales.
