Privacy Policy for Our Mobile App

Αυτή η πολιτική απορρήτου διέπει τη χρήση της εφαρμογών λογισμικού ( “ PackMarkt”) for handheld devices created by APIKYAN SYSKEVASTIKI S.A. The app is used for e-commerce purposes, including but not limited to browsing the product catalog, adding products to cart, and completing orders.

Device Permissions

Camera

The app requests permission to use your device’s camera solely to scan QR codes and barcodes, and only when you activate this function.

Location

When you use the mobile app, we may use GPS (or similar technology) to determine your current location in order to detect your address and auto-fill your address details on the checkout page. We do not share your current location with other users or partners.

If you do not want us to use your location for the above purposes, disable location services for the app in your account settings or your mobile device settings.

Phone State

This permission is required by the iPay88 plugin. It grants read-only access to phone state, including the device phone number, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of phone accounts registered on the device. This information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Automatic Information Collection

The app may automatically collect certain information, including the type of mobile device you use, your device’s unique identifier, your mobile device IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and information about how you use the app.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us information without their consent, they should contact support@simicart.com and we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
